Warren is the backbone and head of Operations and Customer relations. Warren has a strong background in real estate investing, and professional construciton experience, forging his first few properties with his two bare-hands while simultaneously raising a family with a strenuous career in Oil and Gas. Warren oversees every project, making sure that every customer is satisfied.

Rafael, Warren's best friend, is a veteran home remodeler with over 35+ years of hands on experience, leading crews of all shapes and sizes for residential AND commercial projects alike. Rafael teamed up with Warren over 20 years ago, with a mastery leading crews involved in plumbing, gazeebo/pergola installation, painting, and sheetrock, Rafael has proved to be a pivotal key player in the SPM's major success and reputation.

Roberto, Mirna's uncle, was introduced to the team when projects started getting out of hand as the company grew in popularity.
